Jeff Wilcox Memorial Classic
The Jeff Wilcox Memorial returns again this year - run in honour of Jeff and his legacy. It’s time to celebrate his life, his legacy and the revival of what was one of the longest running independent Bodyboarding events in Australia.
It doesn’t matter where the youth live, they quite often become distracted and fall by the way side. This event is built around a young man's legacy with pride and passion for youth involved in sport and the community.
The Jeff Wilcox Memorial which started as a simple bodyboarding competition, has quickly evolved into one of the most respected and prestigious competitions held in the sport of bodyboarding. From day one this memorial set out to showcase the life and enthusiasm for the water and friendly competition that Jeff had and it succeeded in abundance.
