Beginner's Yoga Course

In this course you will cover the basic poses and philosophies of Yoga. Each week you will progress and feel more confident. Don't worry about not being able to touch your toes. If you're not flexible, there is even more reason to start your yoga. In this course we will teach you how to become more flexible, calm, and strong in body mind AND spirit. Leave the studio feeling uplifted and ready for your daily grind with a big, cheeky smirk on your face.

Please note that any missed classes, if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, can be made up if booked ahead for the next course. If you simply just don't turn for any of your classes, these cannot be made up later because we reserve the mat space for you.
